Just like nature adapts to changing seasons and grows along with them, we here at Wednesday too have adapted, grown and excelled in new directions this year. Let us take a look at some of our seasons!
Design
Design at Wednesday bloomed anew like a flower on a spring day! We were creative, colourful and grew in new directions with great passion and zeal. We made the best of every opportunity that came our way to learn, experiment, and grow more than ever before.

Overcame new design challenges
We’re growing with our customers. As our customer’s businesses are growing so are the design challenges. We no longer are designing from scratch. Users are used to using things a certain way. We now deal with issues regarding design debt and a lot more.

Management
Enjoying a picnic on a nice sunny day takes meticulous planning and management. This one is for all the amazing guidance and help we’ve received from our management that makes our work feel like a hot, fun, and well-planned summer vacation!
Our sales process leaves no customer unhappy. Even people we don't work with refer us in their network.
We've nailed retention. YAY!
Retention skyrocketed at Wednesday. This has been an excellent win for us this year. We are no where close to what we want in terms of management but a lot has changed and we’ve come a long way. Better 1 on 1s, etc.
We've networked and built partnerships with venture capitalists both in India and abroad.
We setup an OKR system to set goals and clearly communicate what we'd like to achieve.
Development
Just like monsoon showers bring life and vitality to all beings around us, the development team at Wednesday does the same for our projects. This year we saw tremendous growth in knowledge, efficiency, and expertise!

This year, we measured our growth, evaluated our practices, and braced ourselves for the next year, like Autumn sheds some leaves and prepares for the Winter. Autumn is a pleasant reminder to enjoy the weather while you keep moving towards a better you!

A lot of ground breaking work is now happening without any direction from the leaders. Team decides what to do and how to do it. We couldn't have asked for more from a team that has now got a culture of learning.
